June Trail Update

WHATS NEW ON THE TRAILS HAYDZ

The Happy Ending Trail as predicted has become a firm favourite and due to the fact that it is super close to the carpark is bedding down in record time.  With Fun 2X's, flowy corners and little drops it's a given, if you haven't ridden it yet, you're missing out.

The last few weeks we have been making our way through the park tickling it up throughout all the trails to give you guys (and gals) a far better experience whilst out on any trail.  We're riders (of all disciplines) and if there is something in the park that we ourselves wouldn't ride because it doesn't feel right or doesn't work, then why should we leave it in.  We will get to every corner of the park so when you (and us) go riding, our trail choice is always a good one.

We are starting with the structures and old jumps of course although there has been significant trail work as well already.  Sure we have taken out some old structures, but we have also improved more than twice as many and will continue to do even more.  We have over 200 structures in the park and only 12 have been removed.  They either had flat landings, (and noone likes flat landings) or no longer met our strict building standards.

If there is a corner , a section or an obstacle that you want to have your say about then fire me through an email and if I like the idea, I'll check it out and add it or confirm that it is already on...the To Do List. haydz@bikeparks.co.nz

My picks to check out are Jumpers Alley for those who like to fly or The Cutting (starts opposite Ironhorse and runs downhill all the way to the start of Haggis final stage..not bad!!)

How bloody good are the trails right now though...

Over and out!
